Women's Wellness Retreat hosted at Lizzie's Mansion March 5th-March 8th! Our retreat offers restorative experiences for your mind, body, and soul. The hustle and stress of daily life can deplete our resiliency and joy over time, if we are not intentional about taking care of ourselves. Each person customizes their stay by choosing from several wellness and spa options. Our team will tailor your stay to align with your preferences and desired retreat activities. We are in Decorah, Iowa—a nationally recognized small town known for its natural beauty and welcoming, diverse community. Guests stay at Lizzies Loft Mansion, offering 7,500 square feet of luxurious accommodations right in downtown Decorah. This elegant venue creates an ideal setting for guests to relax and enjoy a pampered experience. All meals are provided. Designed for women, this retreat lasts four days and three nights, from Thursday to Sunday. In order to secure your spot, we ask for a $300 deposit.

60 Minute Massage

One hour custom massage. Includes complimentary hot towels. This massage is therapeutic and relaxing. You can choose from light touch to deep tissue. I also offer acupressure.

90 Minute Massage

90 Minute custom massage. Includes complimentary hot towels and hot stones. I offer a range of different massage techniques including acupressure, Thai massage, deep tissue, and relaxing.

60 Min Massage & Classic Facial

60 minutes massage with an express facial. This is the ultimate relaxer that combines my most popular massage along with a facial. You will leave feeling relaxed and your skin will look and feel amazing and rejuvenated.

Classic Facial

This classic facial is great for any skin type , acne, fine lines, oily, or dry dull skin. It includes: Deep cleanse, scrub, hydrating mask with either a Gua Sha facial massage or Lymphatic Drainage facial massage.

Classic Facial Head & Neck Massage

Classic Radiance Facial with Neck & Head Massage Indulge in a timeless treatment designed to cleanse, nourish, and rejuvenate your skin. My Classic Radiance Facial begins with a deep cleanse, gentle exfoliation, and custom mask tailored to your skin type. To elevate your experience, I include a soothing neck and head massage that melts away tension and promotes total relaxation. This service leaves you feeling refreshed, renewed, and glowing from the inside out.

Back Facial

Custom back facial to suit the needs of your skin. Includes Deep cleanse, scrub, mud mask, and moisturizer to leave your back feeling healthy and smooth.

Chemical Peel Facial

This peel works great with the classic facial. It helps even out skin texture, helps with getting rid of Melasma, tightens skin and shrinks pores.

Dermaplaning Add-on

Dermaplaning Facial Reveal your smoothest, most radiant skin with Dermaplaning Facial. This gentle, non-invasive exfoliation treatment uses a sterile surgical blade to carefully remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair (“peach fuzz”) from the surface of the skin. The result is a brighter, softer complexion with improved product absorption and flawless makeup application. Perfect for all skin types—especially those seeking instant glow and silky-smooth texture—dermaplaning leaves your skin fresh and rejuvenated.

Hydrodermabrasion Facial

Hydrodermabrasion uses plant-based solutions in combination with tips and serums. During the facial, dead skin cells are gently removed, leaving behind clean glowing skin. Its strong suction exfoliates and massages the epidermis, increasing blood flow and collagen production with no pain.

Microneedle Package

Four sessions are recommended per year. This is a discounted package of 4 microneedle facials.

Microneedling

Microneedling is a natural way to produce your own collagen. It smooths away fine lines, crow's feet, sagging cheeks, and tightens enlarged pores. This facial begins with a deep cleanse and is followed by a numbing cream. Your face will be a bit red afterwards, but you will be able to resume your every day activities afterwards. You'll want to do a series of four to six every four weeks, once a year, for optimal results.

Foot Scrub

This treatment is a complete package for healing of your feet. Invigorating foot scrub, hydrating foot mask, paraffin to soften your feet, hot towel wrap, and finally a Reflexology foot massage. Thai Reflexology uses a bamboo stick that massages all the trigger points in your feet. It releases tension throughout your body.

Facial Cupping Add-on

Elevate your next facial with this cupping add-on treatment. Add this to the classic facial for extra benefits. Cupping gently stimulates circulation, promotes lymphatic drainage, reduces fine lines, and improves over all complexions naturally.

Microcurrent With LED Light Add-on

This is an add-on to the classic facial. Beneficial for decreasing puffiness and lifting muscles to tone the face. It stimulates cell growth and collagen development in the dermis.

Sauna

Relax before or after your spa treatment in the sauna. Sauna is great for your joints , it's good for your skin, your circulation, and your respiratory system.

Eyebrow Wax

Eyebrow wax includes shaping of the brows.

Back Wax

Paraffin Wax Hand/Feet

Paraffin wax is a great add-on for any service. It is hydrating and soothing to the skin.

Sauna Add-on

If you have a service, I only charge $15.00 for the sauna.
